A full-on foot-stomped, low-intervention Riesling from one of our favorite winemakers! Christian Tschida leaves the Riesling in barrel, on the lees for two years to decide what to become.  Resulting in a powerful, slightly salty, and very savory wine, tons of aromatics and the kind of rolling texture that just doesn't quit.  The beauty of Tschida wines is not what he does it's what he doesn't, I wouldn't be surprised if part of his winemaking magic involves talking to his wines as they mature.
