This rich, full-bodied sake is a food-pairing powerhouse. It comes from the coastal Ishikawa region on the island of Honshu which is beloved for its pure, mineral-inflected water. The result, in sake form, is a bottle that has notes of honey-roasted nuts along with citrus, peach, and apricot.
