A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, this is new wave Washington wine in a very good way: Flavors of fresh berries and cream dominate on the palate, which has just a hint of grip to it. The Pinot Noir is fermented on its skins, while the Pinot Gris goes direct-to-press and the whole lot ages in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel before bottling with minimal sulfur. The result, in our opinion, is a very chill, very tasty wine.
