Early picked Trousseau that is foot trod and left on the skins for a few days to pull some bright color, then blended with Mondeuse and half the juice is fermented in used oak barrels and half in tank. The result is a bright sour cherry fruit on the tongue with some notes of rose petals and a lip smacking finish.
