There is so much about this wine to love, the name, the fun bottle shape - but most of all - the way it tastes when you are drinking it. Whole cluster Cabernet Franc is allowed to undergo full carbonic maceration meaning it is just bursting with berries and full of crunchy minerality, the worst thing about the bottle is how quickly it is gone.
