"The 10 Year Tawny from Quinta de Santa Eufemia is a blend of traditional Douro grapes that are over 30 years old. The wine is quickly fermented in traditional lagares (treading tanks) before being fortified. After fortification, the wine is aged in large 11,000 liter barrels for the first 5 years, followed by aging in smaller 550 liter casks where they're aged a further 10 years.

The wine pours a beautiful tawny color and exhibits flavors of dried fruits, nuts, apricots and spice. Enjoy with firm aged cheeses, chocolate or nut desserts."
