Sometimes less is more. Organically grown Chardonnay vinified in stainless steel with a secondary fermentation in the bottle, no dosage. It starts off with hints white flowers and then on the palate pears and melon with a clean and refreshing finish and just perfect bubbles. This is a fantastic aperitif or all night long wine.
