Oh let me count the ways of how much we love Savagnin here at Vine. A passionate Belgian who started in Burgundy made his way down to Jura and here it is! There is no oxidative feature here and it's just pure, clean Savagnin. It has a round, creamy texture with incredible zesty acidity, white flowers, orchard fruits, salinity all backed by powerful presence of minerality. There is definitely a Burgundian influence here from his other holdings but you know, that is not a terrible thing.
