Like all of Radikon's white wines, their Ribolla is made from hand-harvested grapes fermented completely on their skins in old, neutral oak vats. From 50-year-old vines, this Ribolla Gialla is aged for several years on the estate before its release without any sulfur additions. The result is a deeply golden wine with aromas of roasted nuts, dried apricots, lemon zest, fennel, and sage. A special experience in the glass, we recommend serving this one just *slightly* chilled.
