ORLY LUMBRERAS 2021 'CHASS!'

You might be more familiar with Chasselas Dore from the Jura or from drinking Swiss wine but it has found a great home in Castilla y Leon.  After a week on the skins this glimmering wine has hints of dried pear, some juicy fruit and a great richness on the palate all tied together with a hint of salted butterscotch on the finish.
