Pure shimmering Riesling coming from the highest single vineyard site in the Pfalz Odinstal wines are a breath of fresh air that should not be missed. All handmade, in a very traditional and low intervention way, and by traditional I mean Biodynamically farmed and converting to regenerative farming. The nose is dark and sentimental, almost brooding and then it is nervy and textured with linear qualities and a persistent finish. A profound wine for all the time drinking.
