A juicy, gregarious Pet Nat made from a blend of Biodynamic Trebbiano, Clairette, and Vermentino grown in the south of France. After harvest, the grapes are left to macerate on the skins for ten days, giving the wine an orange color and a bit of juicy grip on the palate which contrasts the sweet peach, apricot, and citrus flavors in this bottle. Made without a drop of added sulfur!
