Coming from southern Jura, this all Chardonnay sparkling from one of the great white wine producers in the Jura, it is a true "star". Just enough lees aging to give it richness and soft round texture, with perfect persistent bubbles, laden with ripe pear and a hint of oxidation to give it a lift. A store favorite for over 15 years.
