Gorgeous vermouth made by one of our favorite badass distillers. Made from Pinot Gris of which 2/3 is distilled to Eau de Vie and the rest left for the base wine. This is cold fermented with orange blossom, French figs, chamomile, lemon verbena and Mallorca melon tea. Straddling the line between vermouth and a sort of aperitif with a whiff of Sherry on the palate.
