Dynamite orange wine from a New Zealander who found his calling among the ancient vines of the Roussillon region of Southern France. Made without added sulfur from certified organic, 95(!) year-old vines, this is a stunning white wine that combines Macabeu grapes aged on their skins with traditionally fermented Grenache Gris. The result is a wine with verve, complexity, and bright, gorgeous apple, pear, and citrus tones.
