This is a round, bright, and medium-bodied blend made in the traditional Alsatian style. A slew of organic grapes are pressed and allowed to ferment naturally without added yeasts and then age in large, neutral oak barrels. In the end the result is a vibrant, citrusy, and floral Alsatian wine that is just a delight to drink.
