Vaud is a special region in Switzerland, nestled between the Jura and the alps and with high altitude vines that stay cool thanks to it's proximity to lake Geneva. From there comes this absolutely inspiring Chasselas, lovely soft fruit with a pure flinty minerality and then this beautiful flintiness on the finish. I wish we could all drink Chasselas like this all the time.
