KAMOIZUMI 'RED MAPLE' 2-YEAR NAMAGENSHU
The most nonsensical but totally works, sake. This is a Namagenshu style of sake which means that it is not pasteurized and undiluted and then aged for two years at 40 degrees. The result is a rolling, and very unctuous sake with great soft edges, a bit of sweetness, and a long finish. It is best served with an ice cube and paired with something spicy and meaty.
