This wine is NOT SPARKLING, but that makes it even more interesting and mysterious and, to be honest, wonderful. A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier fermented white from Biodynamically farmed vineyards it is oxidized and nutty with ripe pear tones and incredible earthy notes. Really just a stellar wine from an awesome farmer.
