This is only the 2nd vintage of Savart's Blanc de Blancs offering from Le Mesnil sur Oger. Savart is no stranger to bubbles with power and strength. The Haute Couture is waiting to burst open. It is rich, vinous, and incredibly full-bodied that carries notes of buttered brioche, clotted cream, white blossoms, and marzipan. The flavors mingle and linger long after the sip is gone.
