FRANCOLI ANTICO NOVEIS BITTER

Those Piemontese people... they have a knack for brewing that bitter good good. And this is no exception. Made in the foothills Mount Novies using an old recipe, it is a melange of herbs from gentian, wormwood, rhubarb, bitter orange all macerated in a neutral spirit made from molasses. It presents balanced bitterness with notes of dark caramel, mint, and honey.
