Whole cluster Vermentino that is pressed and then racked into neutral barrique with just a tiny bit of sulfur added before bottling. Soft and rolling fruit with great mineral structure and balanced acidity. Give it some time, a little decant perhaps and drink it closer to cellar temperature to enjoy the underlying orchard fruit.
