This is a jazzy, innovative, delicious sparkling wine from our friends in California. The cuvée utilizes vineyards that produce grapes excellent for sparkling wine, but not still wines which inspired the winemaker to experiment with blending Cabernet with Chardonnay and Molinara. In the glass, it is full of exotic floral and spice notes supported by beams of bright acidity: Jasmine, citrus, freshly picked strawberries, and rosemary all rise from the glass... It's GOOD.
