FIELD RECORDINGS 2020 'SKINS'

Field Recordings has been making incredibly drinkable wines for years. A blend of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris and Albarino the grapes are macerated on the skins long enough to give the wine a little texture and hints of black tea that are perfectly balanced by the soft apricot and bright tart yellow plum. This would pair perfectly with some takeout from Kings County or a sunny afternoon.
