Okay, I get it why is there another California wine I should be drinking? Except this bottle was opened after I had opened a few more expensive Jura reds and this was the one I couldn’t quit it is subtle and nuanced and full of deep red fruit that leads you into a soft earthiness and finishes with focused and linear acid. Don’t take my word for it, try it yourself or buy two and cellar one because it’s that good.
