EL MAESTRO SIERRA NV OLOROSO 1/14 (375mL)

An incredibly special and very profound Sherry made by the uber-talented Anna at El Maestro Sierra. Oloroso is a darker and more oxidative style of Sherry than Amontillado since it is fortified with alcohol earlier in the process killing the flor and allowing for longer aging and air contact via the barrels. This is nutty, and full of a pleasing salinity and a finish that lingers and lingers and lingers.
