A classic white Rhone blend but made by a renegade who farms in adherence to Cosmoculture which is sort of like Biodynamics on steroids - taking in to account the energy of the Earth. The blend of Rhone varieties including: Clairette, Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Roussane and a handful of others are allowed just a few days maceration on the skins before being aged for two years in used oak. Straddling the line between a crisp white and well textured Rhone with skin contact it is full of tropical fruit, soft rolling texture and then a long and well balanced finish.
