A pioneer in an old school region, she is methodical in her organic farming and her pristine cellar practices. You can taste her dedication in the resulting zero-dosage Franciacorta wines, which she makes in minuscule quantities. This blanc de noir is 100% Pinot Noir which spends 42 months on the lees developing supreme aromas of toasty brioche, which give way beautifully to bursts of red fruit and minerality on the palate. It is honestly a stunning Franciacorta.
