An homage of sorts to the Alsatian field blend whites, this year's version is a mix of aromatic grapes from a few different vineyards. Each grape variety is individually pressed and the juice is blended in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation occurs but the wine stays super crisp and refreshing with tons of tropical fruit and lovely acidity.
