Croix et Courbet started as a small, side project between David Croix of Burgundy and Damien Courbet of Jura to bring together their strengths to highlight the terroir of Jura. A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin, this brought a collective 'mmmmm' from all the staff at Vine when we had a sip. A truly delicious example of Jura's amazing qualities of nutty, salty, creamy goodness....
