Courbet has quietly been making some of the best Jura whites for years and this Chardonnay heavy blend is a great jumping off point. The Chardonnay is fermented and aged in barrel for a year and topped off, the Savagnin is aged under flore and then the two are blended. A brilliant nuttiness with soft round baked apples and then that perfect amount of acidity.
