From organically farmed vineyards on volcanic soils, this red is earthy and nuanced with notes of cranberry and tart raspberry plus hints of pretty dried herbs and stony minerality. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered, and aged only in neutral oak to show the essence of its unique terroir.
