Benoit Courault worked under Eric Pfifferling of the famed Domaine L'Anglore, bringing his education back to his village of Faye d'Anjou where he started making this wine. A Grolleau based vin de soif, full of fleshy, red fruit and a crunchy minerality. It has a little bit of stemmy spice to give it a bit of depth and complexity. Delicious on its own or with red sauce pizza topped with veggies.
