CLOS CIBONNE 2018 'CUVEE SPECIALE DES VIGNETTES' CRU CLASSE
Rosé can be great wine. We have lost our minds in this rush for every lighter and more refreshing pink wine, but Clos Cibonne is here to calm us all down again. From some of the best 60-year-old vines on the property, the grapes are fermented with native yeast then aged in 120-year-old foudre under "fleurette," which is a very thin veil of flor. The resulting wine is bright and well balanced with an oxidative quality and a long finish.
