CHAVOST NV BLANC DE BLANCS BRUT NATURE

It isn't often that a new Champagne shows up on our radar that is as mind blowing as the wines of Chavost. This is pure Blanc de Blancs, focused with pure nervy minerality and a lovely underlying chalkiness that lifts the wine, lovely bubbles and a refreshing finish. I have a feeling that we will see this wine become more and more difficult to acquire as the word gets out, so buy two bottles now.
