From the very northern reaches of Italy, just on the border with Slovenia comes yet another Italian white grape that you didn't know you wanted to know. Vitovska is native to this area that is often allowed to macerate on the skins for a good amount of time, however when its direct-pressed and vinified in stainless steel it is full of honey and wax on the nose with a great bracing minerality and acidity on the palate.
