One of the few things better than great Barolo Chinato is great Barolo Chinato in MAGNUM. This one is made by the family that allegedly invented the category, which combines Barolo wine with bitter herbs to make a savory, slightly bitter after-dinner drink. This combination of wine and the Cappellano family's secret botanical recipe is made completely by hand (Yep, they still crush the herbs with the family's cast iron mortar and pestle). Simply put, this bottle is a treat to savor from a legendary estate and fantastic vintage.
