A magnum of well aged Muscadet from a fantastic wine maker in the Loire. The trick with Muscadet is that it is refreshing and high acid when it’s young but give it some extra lees contact and bottle aging and it turns into a round, well balanced and incredibly generous white that has tons of balanced acid and crunchy minerals. I see platters of oysters and a pool and a long lunch.
