Bright, wild and alive juice from the heart of Mount Etna. Spontaneous fermentation, then 50% of the wine goes into Palmento - traditional Etnian winemaking - 30% goes into Quevri with an extended maceration period, and the rest is fermented in used oak. It is all wild Strawberry and Cherry with pure focused minerality and a long persistent finish. YUM
