The winemaker calls this a "raw" wine which I love as a description. In this meaning the wine has no intervention, is bottled with some of the lees allowing the wine to change in the bottle as well. Soft and golden both in color and on the palate, some hints of white grapefruit and then tropical notes with just enough salinity and acidity to bring it all together.
