I don't know why I am not always drinking Arneis, it is the perfect Italian white wine for both wine geeks and the new drinkers alike. A golden hue in the glass that leads into soft hints of almond with a touch of honey and pear and just enough acidity.  If you are going to drink Arneis it should be from Roero and it really should be this bottle.
