Folle Blanche, aka Picpoul, aka Gros Plant, may be best known for its usage in Cognac, or in Kir cocktails drunk in bustling narrow streets of Paris while waiting for your table at the local Bistro. Vinified in glass-lined cement this wine is clean, crisp with great acidity, and some lovely hints of grass.
