Someone referred to this wine as "wildly stylish" and I just love that image for this humble but powerful Sauvignon Blanc. From a single village in Loire this overdelivers on all fronts, wild tropical fruit, a soft persistence on the palate with excellent balanced minerality and acidity. Seriously delicious and deliciously not serious.
