Where this wine comes from, the estate is mostly planted with wheat as it was previously owned by a large bread baking company. Ever since Cyril Cuche took over, he converted the vineyard to organic/biodynamic principles as he worked closely with the famed Eric Texier. Intentionally declassified, this blend of Viogner, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne is a classic expression of a white from the south. It is round with lovely notes of ripe tropical fruits with a touch of white flowers. Drink and experience the sunny terroir of Languedoc.
