The Carillon family of winemakers goes way way back to the 16th century. With a lineage like that, it'd be hard to pass up on this white Burg. A vibrant, rich Chardonnay chockfull of ripe Bosc pears, Gala apples wrapped up in wisps of vanilla and brioche that is velvet smooth on the palate. If you don't like Chardonnay, this might make you a convert.
