Made from 100-year-old Listán Blanco vines, this white wine is one of the Canary Island's most adored bottlings. Farmed organically and then fermented with native yeasts, it combines intriguing saline minerality with notes of roasted almonds, citrus zest, and lip-smacking acidity. This is a great bottle that's worth decanting and spending some time on -- especially with good friends and a cheese plate on the table.
