Real French Whisky. Organically grown Vanessa strain of Barley is distilled in Savoie and then brought to the Couvreur cellars. Once there it is aged for 10 years in a cream Sherry cask and then bottled at cask strength. A lighter whisky with notes of citrus and then nutty with marzipan and hazelnuts on the palate and a long finish.
