Organic Danko rye that is mashed., fermented and distilled onsite at Matchbook Distillery, then aged for a minimum of two years and finished in local smoked cherry wood barrels. It starts out soft and round with a hint of rye spice and then mid-palate has hints of smoke and bright caramel and has a long finish. Delicious sipper or age it for fun, definitely collectible.
