A spicy red vermouth made by hand using a recipe from 1937. First, white wine is infused with roughly two dozen botanicals including vanilla, chamomile, and gentian and then the vermouth is aged in large American oak barrels. The result is a spicy, highly aromatic red vermouth that deftly balances sweet and bitter notes on the palate.
