Queue de Pressoir is a wine that highlights both the terroir of the Languedoc and an obscure local variety Segalin. Made with just a splash of Cot (Malbec), the grapes are very lightly extracted to preserve freshness, resulting in an easy-drinking, almost dark rosé, with great red berries and a hard to resist gulpability.
